As the Performance and Reward Consultant, you will contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive total reward strategies and frameworks that support Zurich’s performance and reward objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business and HR team members, you will provide expert guidance on all matters related to performance, remuneration, and benefits, while developing tailored solutions that meet business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in delivering cyclical reward programs and leading total reward-related projects and initiatives.

 

Important to your success – let’s grow together

 

  • Extensive experience in remuneration, performance, and benefits practices across mid-size corporate organizations. Financial Services or Professional Services experience is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of remuneration policy and processes, including benchmarking, job evaluation, salary setting, and management of incentive plans.
  • Previous experience assisting with, or playing a leading role, in the annual performance and remuneration cycle, covering the annual salary review process and annual variable remuneration processes
  • Previous experience developing and supporting policies and processes underpinning a contemporary corporate remuneration and benefits framework.
  • Experience with salary surveys and job evaluation methods, preferably Hay.
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and sound analytical skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.
