As the Digital Product Owner, you will be a strategic enabler, driving product vision, strategy, and success through Agile and Lean methodologies. You will be responsible for delivering maximum value to our customers by implementing advanced technologies like AI, front-end systems, and an underwriting workbench. Your mission is to continuously integrate internal and external insights into your squad’s solutions, ensuring optimal business outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.
Important to your success - Unlock your potential
- Excellent knowledge of the general insurance industry and related products with a customer-centric mindset and deep understanding of customer needs.
- Track record of leading technology teams to build business solutions with a focus on delivering value in a fast-paced environment
- Product Owner certification, business analysis, product management and strategic roadmap development experience are advantageous.
- Commercially minded, with accuracy in estimating market size, product viability, and experience with roadmap development, managing prioritisation based on business opportunity and defining minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
- Ability to analyse business and market data, along with customer insights and translate this into solution requirements.
- Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- Understanding of the modern technological landscape, including AI, machine learning, API integration, modular architectural design and cloud services is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills, including strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, conflict resolution, analytical problem-solving, impactful communication, and presentation with proven stakeholder management experience.
- Innovation mindset and ability to drive technology adoption with a positive and optimistic attitude.
