As the Product Owner supporting our partnership with a major Airline partner in the region , you’ll play a key role in shaping digital experiences that help customers travel with confidence. You’ll guide a dedicated agile team, ensuring the work you deliver enhances our partnership outcomes and supports Zurich’s ongoing transformation. This role sits at the heart of how we connect business priorities, technology, and customer needs—helping us deliver solutions that are smart, seamless, and genuinely useful.

Your work will have a tangible impact as you bring teams together, champion customer-focused improvements, and help drive initiatives that strengthen one of our most important travel insurance partnerships.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Act as the key liaison between business, partner, and IT teams to maintain strong alignment
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to understand stakeholder needs and priorities
• Participate in daily scrums with onshore and offshore technical teams
• Work closely with a cross-functional agile team to deliver initiatives using best practice
• Manage integration activities, communications, reporting, and status updates for senior leaders
• Ensure all releases are fully tested, compliant, and ready for deployment

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a natural ability to connect people and ideas. You’re someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and brings calm, clarity, and care to fast‑moving initiatives.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner in a multi-national company.
• Background working with airline, travel insurance, or similarly regulated industries
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and systems integration
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong planning and coordination skills
• Proven experience working within Agile environments and using Azure DevOps
• A customer‑centric mindset with the ability to balance business and technical needs
