No insurance experience? No problem. We’ll give you paid training and ongoing support, so you feel confident from day one.

What you will do

 

  • Have meaningful conversations with customers over the phone and email
  • Help customers understand their cover and make changes they feel better suit their needs
  • Use compliant customer centric strategies, (we'll teach you!) to help customers keep the cover they value when it matters most
  • Be a voice of support for vulnerable customers
  • Work together with your team to create amazing customer experiences every day

 

Your work options



Part-Time

• 3 days per week (minimum 21.75 hours)
• Flexible scheduling between 8am–7pm
• Perfect for fitting work around study, family, or other commitments



Full-Time

• Monday to Friday roster
• Standard hours with some flexibility
• Ideal for those looking to launch or accelerate their career



For both options, full-time attendance is required for your first six weeks of paid training so you start with the skills and confidence to shine.
