We’re growing our design capability and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior CX Designer to join our Design team.

 

This role will play a key part in creating exceptional seamless, innovative, and human-centred experiences for our customers, partners, brokers, advisers, and people. You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams as the champion of the customer voice, building deep understanding of our customers and partners to design solutions that genuinely meet their needs and improve their experience with Zurich.

 

 

You’ll lead the design of the end-to-end direct-to-consumer experience for our SME customers. You will work closely with Product design, technology and business leads to define a North Star journey and service blueprint for how we serve these customers - bringing a view of how our technology, operations, and data flows support the delivery of this new proposition. You will ground the experience vision in customer insight and use data to inform priority capabilities and features for the MVP and product roadmap. 

 

 

The Senior CX Designer will be a key member of the Design chapter to create connected customer experiences and uplift design capability across Zurich.

 

 

 

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

 

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in CX, Strategic Design, Service Design, Human-Centred Design, or similar roles
  • A customer-led mindset, with the ability to build empathy, understand user needs and move quickly from insight to action
  • Strong design process and methodology skills, with the ability to define, plan and prioritise design work
  • Analytical capability to measure design impact and use data to inform design decisions
  • Creative critical thinking skills, with the practicality to bring solutions to life within a team
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced agile environment across multiple squads and stakeholders
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and UX/UI skills, with curiosity for emerging digital experience trends
