As the Senior Financial Planning & Performance Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that contribute to business growth. You will prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, to provide insights into business performance and assist in the development and enhancement of financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.

You will also participate in the month-end / quarter-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group standards and requirements and contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Previous experience in a similar role working in Insurance.
• Experience working with raw data and large data sets.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with CA, CPA, or CIMA qualifications.
