As our Strategic Program Delivery Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering one of our most important enterprise programs. You’ll bring together teams across the business to turn strategy into action, aligning priorities and keeping delivery on track in a complex and fast-moving environment.
Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you’ll ensure the program delivers meaningful outcomes and creates real value. You’ll help maintain momentum across multiple workstreams, enabling smart decisions and driving progress in a way that balances pace, control and adaptability.
You will also be responsible for the following:
• Lead the end-to-end planning, mobilisation and delivery of the strategic program, ensuring milestones, risks and dependencies are actively managed
• Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure priorities, sequencing and trade-offs are clear and well managed
• Track and communicate progress against defined outcomes, success measures and performance indicators
• Monitor delivery performance using data and provide clear updates to executives and governance forums
• Provide strong governance, reporting and communications to enable timely decisions and effective escalation
• Support successful implementation, business readiness and the transition into business-as-usual operations

You’re calm under pressure, commercially minded and highly credible with senior stakeholders. You know how to lead through complexity, ask the hard questions early and create momentum across teams without losing sight of detail, risk or customer impact.
In order to be successful, you will have the following:
- Extensive experience leading large, complex enterprise programs with significant operational and technology change components
- Proven success delivering onboarding, transition, integration or separation programs where governance, readiness and execution were critical to success
- Deep experience managing multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies in highly regulated or similarly complex environments
- Strong track record of leading program governance, executive reporting, risk management and issue resolution at pace
- Demonstrated ability to drive delivery through ambiguity, challenge assumptions and hold stakeholders to account for outcomes
- Experience shaping and landing implementation plans that move smoothly into business-as-usual operations with strong controls and adoption
