Customer Service Representative
Zurich North America is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our Overland Park, Kansas office. While this position will be based out of our Overland Park office, we are offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. You will collaborate with your manager to set a schedule that supports you, your customers, and the team.
The Customer Service Representative is part of the Finance Operations Team. In this role you will be responsible for the resolution of customer billing inquiries, received by incoming calls and e-mails, by researching and partnering with internal business partners, ensuring the customer billing questions are answered and the actions taken meet or exceed the established service levels, regulations, and defined procedures. You will also ensure payments are properly applied and cancellations & reinstatements are processed timely.
Day to Day responsibilities
- Taking in-bound calls and e-mails from Zurich customers with billing questions
- Partner internally to find the answer to the customers billing questions
- Communicate resolution to customer
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Account Management area
OR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Account Management area

- Robust experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Experience with CRM software like Salesforce
Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The pay range shown is a national average and may vary by location. The proposed hourly rate range for this position is $20.38 - $24.50 , with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
