F&I Dealer Administrator - Quality Reporting Analyst
Zurich is currently seeking a F&I Dealer Administrator-Quality Reporting Analyst. In this position, you will maintain, review, and audit current procedures and processes relating to internal reporting to ensure that they are consistently followed and to contribute to effectiveness of operations.

This is a hybrid work position, however, the candidate selected for this opportunity should be able to report into our North American office located in Overland Park, KS.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Generates scorecards by combining big picture view with moderate data analysis from multiple sources; recommends solutions to straightforward to moderately complex problems.
- May be asked to assist other business units with data analysis efforts.
- Ensures customer service by proactively communicating information; responds to inquiries.
- Assists in analyzing existing processes, tools, and forms to drive efficiency and effectiveness of operations through standardization, process improvement, simplification, and consolidation of tasks or other methods.
- Protects the organization’s reputation by keeping customer information confidential.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and No prior experience required in the Data Reporting and Analysis area
AND
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of insurance industry
- Knowledge of data collect and analysis
- Microsoft Office experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong mathematical and statistical background
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Must be proficient in Excel (macros, formulas & pivot tables)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Back-office auto dealership work experience
- Previous work experience supporting underwriters

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed hourly rate range for this position is $24.18 - $30.27, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
