F & I Customer Support Consultant


Zurich is currently looking for an entry level F & I Customer Support Consultant. The Customer Support Consultant will be responsible for processing a high volume of telephone and electronic inquiries from the organization’s agents/brokers, insures, customers, claimants, and prospective customers that may require extensive research to ensure delivery of excellent customer service. Must be willing to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday from 10:30am to 7:00pm CST.


This position is a hybrid model that supports a blend of in office and remote work from one of the following office locations: Overland Park, KS or Schaumburg, IL.


In this role, a Customer Support Consultant will be responsible for:


  • Research and respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from customers.

  • Investigate and route complaints from national/local insurance regulators and consumer to appropriate office for resolution.

  • Locate claims office staff for insureds and other parties calling to report claims.

  • Identify appropriate business or marketing reps for agents seeking appointments.

  • Enter inquiry data into tracking system.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree and No prior experience required in the Customer Service area


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area


  • Experience with Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
