Student part-time job - Assistant to CEO

We are seeking for a new colleague whose responsibilities will be following:

 

  • managing calendar of CEO – organizing appointments with internals and externals
  • distributing mails and responding to basic enquiries supporting event and workshop organization
  • maintaining Excel and PPT files with financial and other information provided in an unformatted way administration of signature books (interaction with HR and Finance) travel arrangements (only occasionally)
  • working on research tasks and documentation 

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As our new colleague, you should be:

 

  • university student
  • fluent in English 
  • good at organization    
  • willing to work in international environment

  • Schedule: part-time (flexibility to support study schedule)
