We are seeking for a new colleague whose responsibilities will be following:
- managing calendar of CEO – organizing appointments with internals and externals
- distributing mails and responding to basic enquiries supporting event and workshop organization
- maintaining Excel and PPT files with financial and other information provided in an unformatted way administration of signature books (interaction with HR and Finance) travel arrangements (only occasionally)
- working on research tasks and documentation
Your Skills and Experience
As our new colleague, you should be:
- university student
- fluent in English
- good at organization
- willing to work in international environment
