Data Transformation Coordinator

Zurich North America is currently hiring a Data Transformation Coordinator, and this person will work out of our North America HQ in Schaumburg, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with vendors and internal teams to optimize and protect investments in data extraction.
• Connecting systems together, coordinating the integration of data extraction systems, working with business and technical teams.
• Work with multiple vendors and internal teams, manage relationships, manage projects, and this person will oversee activities and solutions.
• Setting up regular meetings to ensure the technology projects are progressing according to timelines.
• Working directly with vendor and resources, coordinate technology testing and rollout.
• Tracking risk mitigation and solutions, issue resolution.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with multiple vendors and managing activities.
• Familiar with JSON.
• Understanding of data transformation and migration and ETL
• Familiar with API integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with insurance or financial services industries.

Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education.  The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $108,130.00 to $177,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
