About the Role
Develop your capabilities in pricing, reserving, capital management, predictive modeling, large-account pricing and business-unit consulting while working toward passage of actuarial exams. Zurich supports your success by providing study time and incentives for completion. As you progress through the actuarial career track, you will find yourself turning raw data into insights that enable our customers to identify, manage and finance their risks.
Basic Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with plans to graduate in Spring/Summer 2026 OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with Associate Degree and 2 or more years technical/insurance experience

Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams
Preferred Qualifications

Previous actuarial internship or related experience

Successful completion of two or more actuarial exams

Dedication to the Casualty Actuarial Societies’ accreditation exam process with a goal of obtaining both ACAS and FCAS

Ability to analyze data and offer insight to non-technical professionals

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office and/or knowledge of statistical analysis software
At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $79,200 - $87,600 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
