• Security & Compliance: Ensure ECM platforms meet legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards, including access controls and auditability.
• Data Lifecycle Management: Establish retention schedules, version controls, and archiving strategies in line with industry best practices.
• Change Management & Training: Champion ECM adoption by leading change management efforts, communications, and end-user training programs.
Required:
• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area
OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area
Highly Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 6+ years leading teams and managing team members
• Familiarity with enterprise-level data classification, digital rights management, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
• Proven experience delivering ECM document solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Strong project management skills: PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in regulated or highly structured environments is preferred.
• ECM-related certifications (AIIM CIP, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, OpenText certifications, etc.)
• Experience with cloud and hybrid ECM deployments.
• Knowledge of RPA, OCR, AI/ML-based content recognition, or smart capture tools (e.g., ABBYY, Kofax).
