*GenAI Solutions Architect

Zurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks a GenAI Solutions Architect to work as a key contributor to the execution of CDO data and Analytics modernization strategy for the Data Science, Data Governance and, Data Engineering teams and build the architecture, systems and technologies required to have a best-in-class data and Generative AI ecosystem. Specific duties include: innovate different ways of combining data sets from various sources to augment our analytical literacy; conduct POCs, Pilots on re-usable, scalable data processing, curation, and consumption frameworks to eliminate point solutions; evaluate, analyze, and optimize system resources related to large scale data processing, image processing, computer vision and deep learning; design and build scalable infrastructure and platform to ingest, store and process very large amounts of data, including streaming and real-time into the cloud-based Data Lake; work closely with Business Unit analysts to build self-service experiences in data democratization platform; keep current on latest developments in field of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Image processing and by reading relevant papers/ journals and applying the new learnings to create innovative data and analytics solutions; take ownership of operationalization of AI processes while designing solutions to optimize data pipelines, model deployment, and model monitoring; work closely with the engineering and the platform team to deliver technical solutions including end to end data orchestration, data layering, data governance, metadata management and data cataloging; partner with data science, actuarial science, underwriting, claims and various business groups on deep rooted data analysis including propensity scores, catastrophic modeling, time-series analysis, and forecasting. Option to work remotely.

 

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Sr. Associate – Projects, Manager - Projects, Systems Engineer, Sr. Systems Engineer, Technology Analyst, or similar position building the architecture, systems and technologies. Must have 7 years of experience working with Informatica Power Center. Specific experience must also include: designing ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica; implementing ETL process using Informatica Power Center, Informatica Power Exchange; optimizing and tuning the Mappings and Sessions in Informatica; working with programming languages such as Python, Shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL; working with database platforms such as Netezza or similar; developing a data profiling process; working with job scheduling tools like AutoSys; and working with cloud technologies including Informatica cloud and Yellow brick. The proposed salary range for this position is $170,980.
