Head of Key Accounts and F&I Programs, Direct Markets
Zurich North America is currently looking for an experienced Head of Key Accounts and F&I Programs for our Direct Markets Business Unit. This position reports to the VP, Head of Sales and we are open to the location.
The Head of Key Accounts and F&I Programs will build a business strategy that will revamp F&I Programs to support the development of our value proposition, and expand our relationship with the unit’s largest F&I customer, Lithia.

Responsibilities include:
- Driving strategic opportunities, and lead our market-facing efforts in the F&I New Programs distribution channel, to include identifying and signing new distribution partners to sell our F&I products to their customers.
- Manage the overall relationship with Lithia Motors to ensure that we continue to see year over year growth in Administrative Fees and new product opportunities.
- Lead the Zurich Advantage program, which is a suite of products and services we provide customers as a key element of our value proposition.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12 or more years of experience within the Insurance and Automotive industry
OR - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 15 or more years of experience within the Insurance and Automotive industry
AND - 2 or more years of management/leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Advanced P&C Insurance and Automotive industry Experience
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute on our distribution plans
- In depth knowledge of the market participants, practices, and products
- Ability to effectively align resources with business opportunity and develop staff
- Strong relationship management and business partnering experience
- Demonstrated use of analytics to drive performance, strategy and decision making
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the business of marketplace developments, competitors and trends related to the automotive industry
- Possesses a high level of motivation to exceed goals, provides necessary involvement within the team
- Strong collaboration, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education.
The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $172,000 -$281,700, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 35%.
