*Lead Developer, Digital Identity

Zurich Services US (Schaumburg, IL) seeks a Lead Developer, Digital Identity to be oversee all aspects of solutions architecture and software development aspects using the variety of technologies within the Digital Identity domain. Specific duties include: define program/project requirements; design, implement, test, and maintain production systems; publish priorities for efforts within the program that will be broken down into multiple project streams and maintain master schedule with clear dependencies; analyze programs to ensure that they efficiently use computer and storage resources; responsible for research, analysis, and design of all changes and improvements in existing systems; recommend and develop more efficient systems; maintain all existing components; lead effort to resolve problems with programs in the production environments; conduct preliminary analyses of requirements for new or enhanced systems; conduct preliminary analyses of cost/time requirements to determine the feasibility and scope of proposed projects; develop, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure a reliable and secure production environment; and manage stakeholders with an ability to influence, negotiate and meet expectations. Option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Technical Lead, or similar position in development. Must have 7 years of experience with each of the following: Dot Net development using MVC, .Net Core, WCF, ASP.Net; and front-end UI development using Bootstrap, React JS, AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Must also have 5 years of experience setting up DevOps CICD pipelines using GitHub, JIRA, Jenkins, Octopus and JFrog. Additionally, specific experience must include 3 years with each of the following: designing and building micro service architecture REST APIs using .Net core to migrate existing 3-tier application to micro services architecture; and integrating monitoring tools Dynatrace and Datadog for production support. Option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

The proposed salary range for this position is $153,317.
