Predictive Analytics Internship (Summer 2026)
Are you passionate about strategy, analytics, and working directly with senior leadership? Join the Customer Office & Distribution team at Zurich North America as an intern and gain hands-on experience working alongside industry experts. You’ll support key projects that directly impact our top and bottom-line results and shape the future of our strategies and engagements with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer and other executive committee members at ZNA on high-impact projects.
- Support and co-lead initiatives such as TNPS (Transactional Net Promoter Score), Event Analytics, and Broker/Market Strategies & Analytics.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leaders, offering you exposure to the decision-making process at the highest levels of the company.
- Independently engage with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure smooth project progression.

Basic Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or a related field
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program and will be enrolled in the fall of 2026
- Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior) and no prior years of experience required in the Administrative area
- Microsoft Office experience
- Be legally eligible to work in the U.S
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 (current GPA reported by your school)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical principles, methodologies and techniques
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Survey design and analysis experience using Qualtrics/Medallia
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing environment

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed hourly rate for this position is $23.50 - $27.00.
