Senior Data Analytics Consultant, ZCAM

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ‘Senior Data Analytics Consultant’ to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data analytics projects from end to end. You will work closely with Zurich business team across the world, taking ownership of the engagement process, understanding their needs, and translating them into effective AI solutions.

What you will do
 

• Take a lead role in structuring and managing data analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivering actionable insights and business impact.

• Work closely with AI experts and utilize AI solutions to enhance data analytics capabilities, enabling more accurate predictions and advanced data-driven decision-making. 

• Ownership of business engagements, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and business challenges. 

• Utilize your expertise in data interpretation to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from complex data sets, providing valuable recommendations and strategic guidance to the business. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Data Engineers, to ensure seamless integration of data analytics solutions and leverage their expertise in data modeling and engineering. 

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in data analytics, AI, and industry trends, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to deliver cutting-edge solutions to the business

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, effectively communicating complex data analytics concepts and findings to the business, fostering a deep understanding and driving buy-in.

What you bring
 

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on structured and unstructured data analysis, and deployment of AI solutions.

• Experience in leading data analytics projects from start to finish, including project pitching, scoping, management and impact tracking.

• Ability to interpret and create a narrative based on data that is valuable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in collaborating with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to ensure seamless integration of data analytics and AI solutions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders, and team members in an international environment.
