Claims Automation & Billing Supervisor

KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Build the simplification/automation rules for FAN IN bill checking with support of EL claims team and could extend more lines of business not limited to FAN IN business.
2. Handle FAC IN Employer liability (EL) claims and could extend more lines of business.
3. Joint efforts with marketing & underwriter in product development and marketing facing activities.
4. Reporting and claims data analysis

KNOWLEDGE:

1. Automation / Data education background preferred
2. Insurance basics 3. Medical products 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Claims automation building
2. FAN IN claims handling
3. Good Negotiation skills
4. Fluent English (oral & written)
