- To lead the strategic development and execution of digital and direct marketing initiatives in China. This role oversees AIG/Zurich's owned digital channels, e-commerce platforms, and performance marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, increase conversion rates, and drive business growth in alignment with global priorities.
- Lead marketing strategy and channel operations across AIG/Zurich China’s owned digital platforms, including WeChat, AIG Mall, JD, Alipay, etc.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and sales conversion through creative campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and data-driven marketing.
- Identify core digital products and campaigns per channel and develop promotion strategies in collaboration with the Product team.
- Oversee annual digital channel budgeting, ensuring efficient use of resources aligned with growth targets.
- Work closely with the Technology team to define annual development plans and manage digital roadmap execution.
- Ensure timely and structured communication with global DDM stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment.
- Provide guidance and support to the digital marketing team (if applicable), ensuring high levels of engagement and professional development.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across business units to enhance campaign effectiveness and project delivery.
