Distribution Senior Supervisor (Shanghai)

Summary:This role is primarily responsible for managing distribution channels and driving business growth, with approximately 60% of the focus on EL within SME,  and the remaining portion dedicated to retail insurance business. The aim is to optimize distribution management and enhance business performance, ensuring continuous growth in both SME and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive distribution strategies for Employer’s Liability (EL) to achieve business targets.
2. Support line manager in developing SME markets and enhancing customer service quality.
3. Monitor business data, analyze market trends, and recommend improvements.
4. Organize and participate in relevant training to improve the professional capabilities of the distribution team.
5. Implement and optimize distribution strategies for retail products to drive performance growth.
6. Maintain strong partnerships with channel partners to enhance brand influence and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience in insurance distribution management, with solid understanding of SME and retail markets.
2. Strong data analysis and business development skills, able to adjust strategies promptly in response to market changes.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively connect internal teams and external partners.
4. High sense of responsibility and team spirit, with the ability to lead the team towards shared goals.
