EL Claims Assistant Manager

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
1. Technical guidance and coach to Medical claims team 
2.  Handle complicated medical claims ( WC, A&H ).
3. Joint efforts with marketing & underwriter in product development and marketing facing activities.
4. Handle claims enquiry from internal & external customers
5. Reporting and claims data analysis

Knowledge:
1. 5-10Y relevant Claims working experience (EL)
2. Medical Education background 
3. Knowledge of Insurance, Medical and Civil Law
4. Good Communication skills and Customer service 
5. Fluent English (Spoken and Written)
