IT Supervisor
Key Accountabilities
Installs, troubleshoots and repairs personal computer systems and other peripherals, and provides technical support for internal clients. They ensure alignment with Zurich's technology standards and support the implementation of policies, standards and governance, the deployment and integration of operational IT services and solutions, and service management standards. They educate team members and business partners on area of technical expertise.
