Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the business development strategy for East and North China, aligned with national sales targets.
- Manage and develop key distribution partners, both online and offline, including travel agencies, airlines, and online platforms.
- Monitor and improve sales performance, drive channel-specific initiatives, and oversee frontline distribution staff.
- Analyze market and competitor dynamics to continuously enhance regional strategy。
- Work closely with underwriting and marketing teams to customize product offerings to partner needs.
- Ensure operational compliance with Zurich China’s business license and policies.
- Manage all aspect of TG’s operations in China and drive TG’s sales strategy and market development activities across all distribution channels.
- Develop top and bottom-line budget and develop necessary business plan to achieve desired results.
- Develop and implements processes and protocols to meet and/or exceed service delivery standards in balance with operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, identify, and assign the appropriate authority levels and establishes relevant controls.
- Direct a core team of department heads, managers, and functional area managers domiciled in various locations throughout the country.
- Facilitate the acquisition / retention of staff and personnel training / development.
- Collaborate with the broader Consumer Insurance organization with respect to product development, marketing, distribution, operational infrastructure, and service delivery, as a means to establish a competitive advantage and maximize on investment.
- Contribute to account communications as necessary to address critical client needs and advance TG’s Strategic agenda。
- Be accountable for a pre-determined set of performance objectives with an emphasis on financial, operational, and organizational performance.
