Senior Manager, Interim Head of TG

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Execute the business development strategy for East and North China, aligned with national sales targets.
  2. Manage and develop key distribution partners, both online and offline, including travel agencies, airlines, and online platforms.
  3. Monitor and improve sales performance, drive channel-specific initiatives, and oversee frontline distribution staff.
  4. Analyze market and competitor dynamics to continuously enhance regional strategy。
  5. Work closely with underwriting and marketing teams to customize product offerings to partner needs.
  6. Ensure operational compliance with Zurich China’s business license and policies.
  7. Manage all aspect of TG’s operations in China and drive TG’s sales strategy and market development activities across all distribution channels.
  8. Develop top and bottom-line budget and develop necessary business plan to achieve desired results.
  9. Develop and implements processes and protocols to meet and/or exceed service delivery standards in balance with operational efficiencies.
  10. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, identify, and assign the appropriate authority levels and establishes relevant controls.
  11. Direct a core team of department heads, managers, and functional area managers domiciled in various locations throughout the country.
  12. Facilitate the acquisition / retention of staff and personnel training / development.
  13. Collaborate with the broader Consumer Insurance organization with respect to product development, marketing, distribution, operational infrastructure, and service delivery, as a means to establish a competitive advantage and maximize on investment.
  14. Contribute to account communications as necessary to address critical client needs and advance TG’s Strategic agenda。
  15. Be accountable for a pre-determined set of performance objectives with an emphasis on financial, operational, and organizational performance.
