Senior Supervisor(旅行险业务部)
To provide day-to-day sales and operational support to assigned distribution partners in the travel insurance business, enhance partner engagement, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
1. Provide frontline support to assigned partners, handling operational troubleshooting and daily sales support tasks.
2. Conduct product training sessions and assist in executing promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
3. Collect and analyze partner feedback and market insights to help improve product offerings and service.
4. Regularly track partner sales performance and provide timely updates to regional management.
5. Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Claims, and IT to ensure seamless partner support and issue resolution.
Customers:
1. Provide high-touch support to assigned partners and enhance overall satisfaction.
2. Ensure product knowledge is well transferred to the partner’s front-line team.
3. Deliver services that reflect Zurich's standards and strengthen partner loyalty.
