Senior System Analyst

Main function of job:
1. Design and maintain robust and scalable systems to support insurance operations, with a focus on the travel insurance domain.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive system analysis strategies and plans.
3. Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and documentation for insurance applications.

Main job responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand system requirements and provide feedback on feasibility and improvements.
2. Perform system evaluations and continuous integration to identify and report system defects.
3. Identify and evaluate system tools and frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the analysis process.
4. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the system analysis team.

Your Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred 
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an System Analyst. preferably within the insurance industry.
3. Proven expertise in system analysis and maintaining system documentation.
4. Strong knowledge of system analysis tools and frameworks.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible
6. Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problems solving skills
7. Work independently with good organizational and time management skills whilst working accurately and able to meet multiple deadlines.
8. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese will be plus.
