SUMMARY:

Working as the main responsible person in service of Zurich Multinational (ZM) Programs, ensure the satisfactory service deliverables and full implementation of each ZM Program solution. Coordinate and solve internal related issues of ZM Programs.

KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

61 Work with underwriter and Business Development colleague to design and articulate program structure and service deliverables with the customer and broker. Manage the ZM Program servicing end to end and is the point of contact of customer for onboarding programs.
与核保和业务拓展部门同事一起,为客户和经纪人设计并明确全球保险业务的保险结构以及可提供的服务。全程管理全球保险业务的服务并作为实施全球保险业务的客户联系人;
61 Create and implement the customer-focused service solution, including documented Service Level Agreement (SLA), and monitoring the ongoing delivery of services.
制定并实施客户服务方案,包括《服务标准协议》(SLA),并监控所提供的服务是否达到标准;
61 Ongoing account management including performance monitoring, participating in service review meetings, responding to customers07 service issues and coordinating with the appropriate business partner for resolution (i.e. claims adjusters, underwriters);
全球保险业务项目的管理,包括服务表现监控、参与服务评审会议、回应客户提出的的服务方面的问题,并与相关方(理赔、核保等)协调解决;
61 Working as a contact of ZM Program consultant, help in coordinating and solving internal related issues of ZM;
作为全球保险业务的咨询联络人,帮助协调并解决公司内部对于全球保险业务相关的疑问;
61 Ensure all contractual agreements of ZM Programs are in place, including policies, RI agreements, collateral and protocols; ensure each program meets the compliance and business specification standards.
确保所有全球保险业务的相关契约协议都及时到位,包括保单、再保合同、担保函、协议等。确保每个项目都合规并符合业务规范的要求;
61 Ensure the data quality meets the requirements and standard of ZM Programs.
确保数据质量满足苏黎世全球保险业务的要求和标准;
61 Participate in Company-level ZM projects, including development of marketing materials, demos, presentations, service scorecards, handbooks, manuals, etc.
参与公司层面全球保险业务相关的项目,包括准备市场材料、演示、介绍、服务标准、手册、指南等;
61 Participate and coordinate in organizing and facilitating ZM related training.
参与并协调公司层面全球保险业务相关培训的组织和实施。
61 Reinsurance placement and stagey on ZM accounts to help LOBs balance the exposure and portfolio based on underwriting strategy and intention.
全球业务上的再保排分和战略执行,帮助业务条线根据核保政策及核保意图平衡风险及业务结构
61 Work with Head of Zurich Multinational of China to execute the global ZM strategy and KPI excellent
同全球保险业务中国区负责人共同确保达成苏黎世集团的全球保险业务的战略和绩效目标
Job Requirements:
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Insurance or related discipline is preferred 本科或以上学历(保险系为佳,或其他相关专业)
2. Self-motived, proactive and responsible, good Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills 积极主动,对工作有责任心, 良好的沟通能力,人际协调能力,解决问题的能力
3. Work independently with good organizational and time management skills whilst working accurately and able to meet multiple deadlines. 具备良好的组织和时间管理能力,能在截止日前独立完成工作
4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. 良好的中英文表达能力(书写及口语)
