Our opportunity
Our next‑gen Generative AI platform needs a world‑class user experience—snappy, beautiful, and intuitive. As our Senior Front‑End Developer you will design and build the entire customer‑facing layer, blending React excellence with solid backend know‑how. You will work side‑by‑side with product, design, data, and platform teams to ship features that delight users and scale to thousands of daily interactions.
Your role
As a Senior Front‑End Developer your main responsibilities will involve:
UX & Product Design
-
Translate complex GenAI flows into simple, elegant journeys.

Own the design system: typography, colour, motion
-
Prototype quickly and validate with real users.
Front‑End Engineering
-
Ship production‑grade React (TypeScript) every sprint.
-
Architect component libraries, state management (Redux‑Toolkit / Zustand), server‑side rendering, and micro‑front‑ends.

Fast-track code and prototyping with AI Agents
Backend Integration
-
Design and consume REST / GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and event streams.
-
Contribute lightweight backend services in Node.js / Express / Nest when needed (e.g., BFF pattern, feature toggles, edge functions).
Dev Ops & Quality
-
Automate builds, tests, and deployments via GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps.

Instrument monitoring (OpenTelemetry, Datadog) and feature flags for safe releases.
Leadership & Mentoring

Lead a squad of engineers and UX designers through weekly sprints.

Conduct design and code reviews, coach junior devs, evangelise front‑end best practices.
Your Skills and Experience
As a Front End Developers your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

strong experience building modern web apps in React + TypeScript.

Proven experience launching in production webapps with outstanding UX and performance.

Solid grounding in design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design (Figma, Storybook, Design Tokens).

Fluency in HTML5 / CSS3, Tailwind CSS or CSS‑in‑JS.

Backend chops: Node.js, API design, authentication (OAuth 2.0 ), basic DB skills (PostgreSQL / MongoDB) and cloud deployment (AWS / Azure).

Production know‑how: observability, feature flags, A/B tests, error budgets.

Track record of sticky retention—you grow products over years, not hop projects every 12 months.

Clear, concise communicator who loves turning complexity into clarity.
