IT Intern

Who we are looking for:

An enthusiastic IT Intern to support our team on daily IT business-as-usual (BAU) tasks. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, project coordination, and stakeholder management within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the email coordination and inventory of minor IT project.
• Help in updating documentation on project milestones, issues, and solutions.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate updates.
• Support the IT team in troubleshooting user issues and resolving service requests.
• Assist with regular system checks, updates, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Continuous Improvement:

• Strong interest in IT operations, project management, and technology solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
