Social Media Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Social media strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy that connects with Zurich's audience, builds trust and strengthens Zurich's brand and presence regionally.
- Voice Ownership: Define and maintain Zurich’s brand voice across key social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels).
- Content Creation: Write clear, engaging copy that aligns with Zurich's brand and tone of voice principles. Produce and edit videos where needed. Work with internal / external teams for more complex productions.
- Narrative Tracking: Keep up with the latest trends in the insurance industry and within Zurich and share relevant updates with our community through posts, threads and campaigns.
- Campaign Alignment: Coordinate with product and community teams to ensure launch announcements, token updates, and ecosystem news are reflected across all content.
- Content Calendar: Manage a publishing cadence that balances thought leadership, updates, and market commentary.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: Demonstrated track record of managing and engaging audiences across key social media platforms, including experience tailoring content for diverse markets within the APAC region. Strong understanding of brand development, audience engagement, and content marketing best practice.
- Content creator: Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content across various formats, including posts, videos, and longer-form communications. Experience adapting tone and messaging for diverse audiences within the APAC region is highly valued.
- Photo, video & editing skills: Basic photo and video editing skills for short & simple videos.
- Narrative aware: Able to spot emerging narratives and adapt messaging to fit them in real time.
- Analytical: Understands performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and refines content based on outcomes.
- AI-led: Comfort with and ability to use AI tools.
