Talent Acquisition Project Recruiter(6 Months Contract)

The opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the dedicated recruitment contact for a key business project, leading and co-ordinating recruitment activity across many countries within the Asia Pactific region.

The role will involve understanding business needs for skills and capabilities, recruiting based on demand forecasting, and developing and executing sourcing plans. As our business is constantly developing and changing, your expertise and involvement will be vital for success. You’ll have responsibility for candidate screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, and managing the hiring administration process for many roles.

Your skills and experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment/ sourcing experience is required
  • Passion for sourcing passive talent and staying current on recruiting trends
  • Using recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage potential talent and ensure ongoing talent pipelines
  • Able to develop and implement creative hiring strategies to meet hiring goals across multiple regions for both active and passive candidates
  • Effectively apply analytical and critical thinking skills to drive insight and decision making
  • Strong communication/stakeholder management skills

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Recruits for a variety of positions and manage a full cycle of recruitment activities from candidates sourcing, interviews, offer managements to on boarding arrangements
  • Creates a constantly updated recruiting pipeline of candidates, including a diverse pool, for areas of recruiting
  • Engages hiring managers with superior consultation skills, using influence and expertise to recommend the most effective methodology for bringing talent into the organization.
  • Manages candidate engagement by providing a positive experience and maintaining responsive communication
  • Creates a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience that helps Zurich attract talent
  • Maintains knowledge of local employment requirements and abides by Fair Employment Practices such as visas and sponsorship processes as needed
  • Prepares and provides documents, presentations and reporting for the team to support them with the delivery of the recruitment activitie
  • Partners with recruitment agencies to source candidates for selected roles, ensuring that requirements are understood and performance is tracked and feedback provided
