What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across IT, Security, and Operations to help safeguard sensitive customer data and strengthen the security posture of our global travel insurance organization. As an Associate Compliance Analyst, you’ll support Travel Guard’s PCI, SOC 2, SAQ, and DDQ initiatives, contributing directly to core compliance processes and readiness efforts. This role is perfect for early‑career professionals eager to grow in a supportive, collaborative compliance team.

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining evidence for PCI and SOC 2 controls, including screenshots, system logs, policies, and technical reports, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support preparation activities for PCI and SOC 2 audits by contributing to risk assessments, gap analyses, and tracking basic remediation tasks.
• Participate in early-stage SOC 2 readiness efforts (Type I and Type II), helping the team identify control gaps and monitor remediation progress.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all artifacts.
• Contribute to introductory control testing and assist in ongoing monitoring activities with appropriate supervision.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand core processes and support the implementation of effective compliance controls.
• Assist in preparing materials for auditors and help respond to routine inquiries and evidence requests during audit engagements.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant coursework or certifications with a high school diploma will also be considered
• 0–1 years of experience in compliance, audit, IT support, risk management, or related areas — internships, coursework, certifications, or capstone projects are welcomed
• Strong willingness to learn with an analytical, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem‑solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to internal and external partners
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
