Travel Guard is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Stevens Point, WI. In this role, you’ll support both our Stevens Point, WI and Houston, TX offices by providing marketing support for our business in North America, working on social media and travel advisor content and planning employee events that drive engagement and boost morale. You’ll also cultivate relationships with local organizations and coordinate volunteer opportunities that connect our team with the community. What’s the job?

• You’ll provide marketing support (strategic planning, writing, editing, etc.) for a wide range of projects in support of our business in North America.
• You’ll plan and manage all aspects of company events for the Houston and Stevens Point offices.
• You’ll serve as the leader of the employee activities group; plan and execute employee events focusing on boosting employee morale and involvement.
• You’ll contribute to the global employee newsletter, including editorial planning, writing articles and providing photos.
• You’ll help create social media content and serve as backup support for the manager of the Travel Guard social media accounts.
• You’ll serve as the community liaison in Stevens Point, working with local charitable organizations to organize and manage volunteer opportunities for employees.

What are we looking for?

• You’ll have previous experience working in a marketing role
• You’ll possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You’ll have proven experience with MS Office programs
