Travel Guard is seeking a detail-oriented and driven eProduction Solutions Support Specialist to join our team in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting external Travel Advisors and internal sales teams by providing technical assistance, training, and guidance on our suite of travel insurance platforms. You’ll ensure our users have a seamless experience with our technology, enabling them to confidently sell and manage travel insurance products.

What's the job?

  • You'll Deliver technical support for Travel Guard websites and applications, including: Advisor Connect, FNOL Claims Portal and Travel Assist.
  • You'll Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions. 
  • You'll Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for users. 
  • You'll Maintain an occupancy rate of 80% or higher. 
  • You'll Manage user access within Liberty systems.
  • You'll Test new Travel Guard products and report potential issues with front-end technology. 

What are we looking for?

  • You'll High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • You'll Have a Minimum 2 years in a customer service or technical support role. 
  • You'll Have Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • You'll Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word Excel). 
  • You'll Have Strong verbal and written communication.
