Claims Customer Service Specialist

Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. Our Nordic Claims department works with a wide range of claims within different Lines of Business for Customers in Nordic as well as in the rest of the world. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Claims department as a Claims Customer Service Specialist.

 

As a Claims Customer Service Specialist, you will work in close cooperation with Claims handlers, Brokers/Customers and the International Claims Network to ensure customer service excellence and timely delivery. You will work with several lines of business and act as the first line support for our brokers and customers. You will handle first notification of loss (incl. registration) and you will support with managing claims produced by other Zurich countries and gathering information for claims review meetings. Support the development and update of our customer specific claims handling protocols to ensure that we understand and fulfill the needs and expectations of our customers. You will also work across a number of different initiatives and project as per business requirements.

 

Qualification

  • Precious Claims or Insurance experience
  • Previous experience working in an international environment is an advantage
  • High digital matureness with good excel skills or interest
  • Experience with data analysis or process automation is highly valued
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English

As a person, you like to take on responsibility and recognize the benefit of providing excellent customer service. You are accurate in your work, and you have good MS Office skills. You have a problem-solving mind-set, are eager to resolve challenging tasks and are communicative and show multitasking capabilities. You like to independently as well as in collaboration with others.
