Head of Combined Product Insurance Sweden

Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. We are now looking for a customer focused individual to lead our Combined Product Insurance in Sweden.

As the Head of Combined Product Insurance you will be responsible of the P&L of our combined product insurance. You will lead the underwriting team and be responsible for the distribution and successful growth of the portfolio. You will assume ownership of guidelines, pricing, terms and conditions of the product and work closely with our Chief Underwriting Officer and other internal stakeholders to continue to develop and enhance our offering in the market.

To succeed in this role, you demonstrate strategic thinking and are accurate in your work. You have a problem-solving mind-set, are communicative, and show multitasking capabilities. You like to lead a team where helping and supporting each other is an essential part of success. You are service minded and like to work in an international environment.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience of Combined Product Insurance underwriting
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth
• Solid understanding of product governance such as guidelines and pricing
• Broad market network and clear understanding of market dynamics
• Extensive knowledge of relevant market conditions
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
• B. Sc. university degree within Business Administration, Economics or equivilant 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.

 Skills and competencies:

• Excellent customer/broker relationships skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and change
• Good knowledge of relevant software
• Experience in building pricing and risk assessment tools is considered a benefit
