Fixed Term - Proposition & Product Expert to Zurich Nordic

Proposition & Product Expert

As a Proposition & Product Expert, you will be responsible for developing product content, terms and conditions, and pricing in collaboration with the team and key stakeholders. Working closely with the function lead, you will participate in product development initiatives across all product lines. You will support internal stakeholders by interpreting terms and designing insurance solutions that offer a competitive advantage for our customers. Additionally, you will proactively contribute ideas and drive the development of new or enhanced propositions based on technical, customer, and distributor insights.

As a person, you are a team player and an analytical thinker. You are data driven and have a strong business and customer focus as well as interest in customer relationships and negotiation. You are detail orientated, with a talent for understanding complex information and turning it into clear, actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience within commercial insurance
• Deep understanding of domestic insurance within commercial combined
• Preferably an academic degree within related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish are required

Skills and competencies:

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Strong data processing skills and analytical skills
• Technical background and knowledge of the Swedish insurance market terminology.
• Knowledge of risk analysis and selection
• High level of risk- and business awareness
