Senior Business Analyst
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Application Development Team in Stockholm, which consists of experienced analysts across Europe. You will report to the Application Delivery Manager based in Belgium.
In this role, you will play a key role in driving project success across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with development, test, and stakeholder teams to deliver impactful solutions and ensure our projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
As a Senior Business Analyst at Zurich Insurance, you will take ownership of analyzing project scope and developing effective solutions in collaboration with relevant teams. You’ll engage closely with stakeholders to ensure clear sign-off on project requirements and maintain transparent communication throughout each phase. From inception through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that every step aligns with business objectives.
You’ll proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track, within budget, and on schedule. Managing project budgets will be a core responsibility, guaranteeing delivery within agreed financial parameters. In addition, you’ll track project performance using metrics and KPIs, providing regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, equivalent to C2 level, are required
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, information technology or related field.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery in complex environments
- Experience within insurance is beneficial

- Deep understanding of project management principles, including budgeting and resource management.
- Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation.
