Student Worker (Part-Time) – Underwriting Services Multinational & Domestic, Zurich Insurance

About the role

International insurance programs help companies protect their operations and employees across different countries, making sure they have coverage wherever they do business. Domestic programs support businesses within Sweden, offering insurance solutions tailored to local needs. We serve both large and middle sized companies, ranging from a variety of different industries. In this role, you’ll support our team in managing and delivering these programs, helping companies get the protection they need, both at home and abroad.

As student worker you will help your local and international colleagues across these two departments, ensuring high quality service delivery for the multinational and domestic portfolios. Your role is primarily administrative in nature, requiring a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage complex systems and processes on a daily basis. You’ll monitor transactions, collect insurance premiums, and efficiently enter data into our systems. You’re the connection point, supporting the flow of information and tasks between Zurich, brokers, customers, and other colleagues.  

You will be hired on an hourly basis, and the working schedule will be flexible. We expect that you are able to work at the office approximately 2 days per week. We can offer this position for a period of one year, with the possibility of an extension.

Who we’re looking for 

• You have approximately two years left of your university studies, preferably within business administration. 
• Verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English, equivalent to C2 level, are required.  
• Proactive, driven, and curious mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and initiative. 
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to grow and learn together with your colleagues. 
• Administrative skills and proficiency in Excel will be beneficial.
