The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our knowledgeable and creative team. This role requires a track record in creating direct-to-customer communications within a regulated environment. You’ll be articulate and customer focused, with great writing and creative skills with an eagerness to learn more.

You’ll work in collaboration within the team and wider Marketing and business stakeholders to deliver innovative communications solutions to enhance our customers’ experience. You’ll be adept at interpreting regulations in an engaging way and be prepared to challenge and bring new ideas, so our customer communications are constantly improved.

 

Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. What will you be doing?

  • Develop innovative and compelling communications and campaigns that engage and inform customers and align with regulations and brand.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and promote communications.
  • Use research and insight to inform and measure the effectiveness of communications and campaigns.
  • Present and share ideas effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure all communications meet business, regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain and enhance robust processes and support controls.
  • Understand and interpret regulatory papers, influencing and communicating their impact on communications.

  • Experience in a similar role
