Zurich Corporate Risk is one of the market leading Group Risk providers in the UK, providing Group Life and Group Income Protection cover for more than 3,800 schemes who benefit from our competitive proposition and innovative approach to claims management. 


We care about our customers and put them at the heart of all we do and this role, based in one of our administration teams, is no different.  You will be supporting both brokers and customers on a daily basis answering mailbox and telephone queries, ensuring we have everything needed to put a scheme ‘on risk’, as well as completing invoices, policy schedules and scheme history requests.

What you’ll need: 


  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 including Maths and English 

  • Commitment to study an apprenticeship qualification 

  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills 

  • The ability to build and maintain relationships  

  • Attention to detail to achieve right first-time results 

  • The ability to work both in a team and independently
