On this programme, every day brings fresh opportunities. You’ll work with cutting-edge cloud technology, turning data into actionable insights to propel our business forwards. You’ll play a key role in driving innovation and helping us stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
What can I look forward to?
This two-and-a-half-year programme consists of several rotations across our Chief Data Office, where you'll be learning from industry experts in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Insights. You’ll build essential skills from creating data pipelines and analysing data to presenting insights and developing machine learning models.
An in-house training programme has been developed by our graduates for you. The training programme consists of technical and personal skills development and connects you with Graduates from across the UK business as part of a wider community. You will be able to gain certifications in leading cloud technologies providing you with the practical experience to deliver value for our business. The training programme is designed to provide you with the foundations you need to succeed at Zurich and become a rounded professional.
You will be empowered to be yourself and own your development, supported by extremely talented and knowledgeable colleagues across our central data function. You will have ongoing support from colleagues who will encourage you to be the best you can be. You will become part of the Data & Analytics Graduate community and be supported by existing graduates to help you settle into your new career.

What you’ll need:

We are looking for people who are good with numbers and are passionate about the opportunities that using data presents and can demonstrate intellectual curiosity.

You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have a passion for coding, problem solving, and are comfortable presenting insights back to business stakeholders.

Although we are a hybrid workforce, you should be within a commutable distance to the office workplace stated in this advert

Entry Requirements:

You must have recently achieved (within the last three years) or on track to achieve a 2.1 (or above) from your bachelor's or equivalent degree.

You must have achieved at least 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Level subjects (or equivalent)

A minimum C/4 grade in both English & Maths at GCSE level (or equivalent).

You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
