Location: Swindon (including hybrid after training)

Salary: Up to £25,000 dependent on experience

This is an amazing opportunity to join our Retail Protection business as a helpdesk / claims assistant, working closely with our claims assessors. This is a unique role with a mixture of call handling as well as getting involved in the administration of claims. In this role you will be:


  • taking incoming notification and existing claims query calls, providing a supportive, empathetic, and reassuring response – this could be for Bereavements, Critical Illness or Income Protection as well as several other benefits
  • logging claims data on to the system
  • supporting with any administrative tasks

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
