Scheme Underwriting Support Administrator
Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.
Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 depending on experience plus an excellent benefit package
Location: Swindon/Hybrid – You will be expected to work in our Swindon office 1-2 times a week

The opportunity:

Zurich Corporate risk is looking for a Scheme Underwriting Support Administrator to join their team in Swindon. Don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to have Underwriting experience.
As a Scheme Underwriting support Administrator, you will work in the ZCR Support Team. You will help to administer and set up quotes for the Scheme Underwriters, whilst responding to enquiries from distributors and clients to support customer relationships, utilising your excellent customer service skills.
Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. What will you be doing?
Working with the Scheme Underwriters to ensure quotes are set up correctly
- Process New and Existing business schemes.
- Pro-actively liaise with Account Managers, Distributors and Clients to obtain outstanding information when needed.
- Provide a market leading service experience for customers.
- Share knowledge and expertise with other team members.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
- Initiate process improvement ideas and implementation.
What are we looking for?

- Ability to work as part of a team and equally on your own.
- Cope with varying workloads and pressures.
- Good verbal and excellent written communication skills.
- System & PC skills.
- Decision making skills.

- Ability to analyse and interpret complex information to produce an output.
