【IT】MS Dynamics CRM Delivery Lead
【Job Responsibility】
■ Create Architecture & Design deliverables
■ Work closely with business and IT team to bridge the solution & requirements
■ Lead delivery of MS Dynamics CRM (Green field)
【Key Tasks & Accountabilities】
This role ensures the MS Dynamics CRM delivery in the organization. Along with the technical understanding of the solution, He/she would be working closely with IT stakeholders, business members and management members, therefore strong communication skill is required along with technical skills and experiences.
・Create CRM architecture and design deliverables inline with business needs and best practices
・Continuously refine and keep improving tech standards and best practices for CRM architecture, design, implementation
・Ensure delivery of CRM by guiding a team of designers and developers for CRM design and implementation
【Relationships】
Internal: IT Architecture, Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure team, Business team members, Group/global team architecture and technology peers
External : IT development vendor teams, Software product vendors
【Qualifications / Experience】
■ EXPECTED PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
・Ability to define CRM Architecture and Roadmap for Zurich Japan aligned with its business model (functional as well as technical perspectives)
・Suggest optimum usage of CRM for the organization. Provide consultation to business on existing and upcoming features in CRM space
・Drive CRM implementation, working closely with internal as well as vendor teams
・Understand existing Application landscape and identify efficient integration strategies between CRM and other landscape applications.
・Ability to define system requirements based on business needs, CRM functionality and CRM designs
・Bilingual (English + Japanese)
■ EXPERIENCE
[Must Have]
・5+ Years in IT in design, dev, architecting roles related to CRM space
・Strong hands-on experience in MS-Dynamics (preferably certified)
・Experience in translating business requirements to system requirements, specializing in CRM
[Nice to have]
・CRM implementation using to support Call Center business
・Experience in agile project implementation
・Experience in working with Japan project implementations in a bilingual environment
■ KNOWLEDGE
[Must Have]
・Design, development, configuration, customization on MS-Dynamics
・Integration approaches and methodologies for CRM
・Security and authentication methodologies related to CRM (like integration with MFA tools like OKTA, LDAP, Active directory etc.)
・Customer Data management and Data Design in CRM
・Setting up and configuring new organizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365
・CRM from functional perspective to support Call Center as well as to support Web customers
[Nice to have]
・MS-Dynamics’ usage in Insurance space
・Test Methodology related to CRM space
