What you'll be doing:
As our Learning & Talent Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how our global workforce learns and grows. You’ll own the full lifecycle of training programs, from regular compliance training to new behavioral and core skills development. You’ll be responsible for creating seamless, engaging learning journeys that drive compliance, engagement, and impact across the business. Beyond learning, you’ll take the lead on strategic talent projects – think LMS transitions, leadership development, and talent reviews – partnering with senior leaders and People team colleagues to deliver initiatives that support our global workforce.
- You’ll keep our global Learning Management System (LMS) running smoothly – administering users, scheduling programs, and reporting on progress.
- You’ll provide expert LMS support and maintain strong vendor relationships, rolling out new features when needed.
- You’ll oversee the assignment and reporting of compliance training and ensure it aligns with business priorities.
- You’ll design and deliver behavioral and core skills programs that build capability and confidence.
- You’ll dig deep into needs analysis and skills gap assessments to stay ahead of emerging requirements.
- You’ll craft innovative learning experiences – live workshops, virtual sessions, and blended programs – using modern adult learning principles.
- You’ll create practical self-service resources and toolkits to empower learners.
- You’ll lead and project manage strategic talent initiatives, from LMS transitions to leadership development and talent reviews.
- You’ll develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on time and on target.
- You’ll draft and implement SOPs to support talent processes and workflows.
- You’ll partner with senior leaders and People team business partners to drive adoption and engagement globally.
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
- You’ll have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field and/or 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development.
- You’ll understand contemporary adult learning principles and know how to apply them.
- You’ll have polished facilitation and presentation skills that engage and inspire.
- You’ll bring experience managing end-to-end training programs and LMS administration (e.g., CrossKnowledge).
- You’ll be digitally savvy, with proficiency in learning design tools (e.g., Articulate) and Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- You’ll have a proven ability to lead and project manage strategic talent initiatives; with a project management certification preferred.
- You’ll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and flexibility to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across time zones.
- You’ll be analytical, detail-oriented, and logical in your approach to problem-solving.
- You’ll be a self-starter with a growth mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
