So, what’s the job?

 

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our growing global technology team and utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied development experience, problem solving abilities and creativity to design, develop, deliver, and maintain solutions in our Salesforce ecosystem.

 

  • You'll be providing day-to-day support for Salesforce, primarily focusing on platform optimization and performance enhancements.
  • You'll be responsible for development, configuration changes, and building solutions with Apex code
  • You’ll provide level 3 technical support to resolve Salesforce Platform issues & collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration related issues.
  • You’ll follow CI/CD process to promote changes for testing and production release
  • You’ll maintain the security, integrity, and overall health of the platform
  • You'll be involved in ongoing Salesforce enhancements, including customization, workflow automation, and integration development.
  • You'll collaborate with different technical teams as needed to ensure seamless integration and functionality across systems.
  • You'll manage the needs for global teams on changes required from the backlog, enhancements, and project work, including onboarding new programs, managing new templates and changes, and overseeing work during different phases of the platform integration project.

 

And what are we looking for?

 

  • You'll have 3+ years' experience in development on Salesforce platforms.
  • You'll be familiar with different APEX trigger frameworks and APEX coding best practices.
  • You'll hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or business.
  • You'll be Salesforce Certified - with a Platform Developer I or II qualification or equivalent.
  • You'll have proven technical and analytical experience with Sales & Service Cloud.  Cloud experience ideal.
  • You'll have experience with code deployment, release management, APEX, Lightning, SOQL, lightning components & flows, web services, APIs, and integration
  • You'll demonstrate a proven ability to work in a complex Salesforce environment, using problem-solving skills to determine root cause.
  • Experience with popular Salesforce addons such as Conga, Copado, etc., considered an asset.
  • You'll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You'll exhibit an eagerness to learn and develop, maintaining a "can do" attitude.
