Employee Benefits Relationship Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join Zurich North America in the Global Employee Benefits Solutions team, which is part of Zurich Integrated Benefits. This position will specifically support our international employee benefits space. This is a virtual position that can be located anywhere in the US

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will seek opportunities to secure increased business and will serve as the key point of contact for Intermediaries. This person will also maximize relationships through ownership, resolution and providing a high level of technical expertise.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• In partnership with the Account Managers, creates, develops and manages relationships with intermediaries to influence them to do business with the organization. Attends client meetings as required.
• Evaluate business opportunities to optimize profitable sales and retention, to achieve business targets.
• Work in conjunction with the organization's Distribution team to secure new business and retain existing business, coordinating tenders and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with, and actively supports, Operations to maximize the positive impact on intermediaries and their customers.
• Engage with Underwriters, to price and complete quotation requests received directly or through the account panel.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degre and 5 or more years of experience in the Employee Benefits, Customer Service, Insurance, and International Business area

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Employee Benefits, Customer Service, Insurance, and International Business area

Preferred:

• 5 or more years of experience in international employee benefit industry
• 3 to 5 years customer relationship experience
• Biingual

The salary range for this role is $79,200 to $99,000. This is the range Zurich NA in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
